Zety is a fully web-based resume and cover-letter builder with no geographic lock. We reached it without a VPN from Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and the other countries we check, and the editor loaded normally. Sign-up needs only an email address — no US billing address, no US phone number — so an expat account behaves exactly like a US one.
The honest drawback is the billing model, not the geography. Zety advertises a cheap 14-day trial (around $1.95 to $2.70) that auto-renews to roughly $24 every four weeks unless you cancel. There is no in-app cancel button — you must email support, and refunds are only guaranteed inside the first 7 days or if you have not downloaded any files. Set a reminder the day you subscribe.
Payment is flexible: US credit cards, international cards and PayPal all work, with charges in US dollars (your bank may add a small FX fee).
