Tory Burch's US online store ships internationally, but only to a fixed list of countries shown in the checkout dropdown. From your region that list covers Malaysia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Panama and Argentina directly, and there are dedicated localized sites for Malaysia (toryburch.my) and Indonesia (toryburch.co.id). For those destinations the experience is clean: pick your country, pay, and the order ships with duties and taxes calculated and prepaid at checkout, so nothing surprising lands at your door.
The honest drawback is coverage. Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and South Africa are not in the US store's shipping dropdown, so a direct order from those countries simply isn't possible. The workaround is a US package forwarder (MyUS, Borderoo and similar) that gives you a US address, receives the order, then reships it to you. That works, but it adds a forwarding fee, a second shipping leg, and you lose the prepaid-duty convenience because customs is then handled on the forwarded parcel.
Payment is straightforward on supported-country orders: US-issued cards and international/local cards both go through. Returns are accepted but must be shipped back to the United States, which from abroad means return postage and time, so treat sizing carefully before you buy. If your country is in the dropdown, Tory Burch is a smooth direct purchase; if not, budget for a forwarder.
