Therabody runs separate regional sites and distributors. The US store at therabody.com only ships to US addresses, so an expat in Bangkok or Manila cannot have a Theragun delivered straight to their door from it. A country selector tries to push you to a local site, but none of the nine countries we checked has its own Therabody store. South Africa is the one that occasionally appears as a shippable destination in the selector.
The honest drawback: getting a US Theragun abroad almost always means using a freight forwarder (comGateway, MyUS, Big Apple Buddy). You buy with a US or international card, ship to the forwarder's US warehouse, then pay onward shipping plus your country's import duties and VAT. Therabody's US warranty and returns are built around US addresses, so a defective unit is hard to swap once it has left the country.
If you only need the device and accept the duties, the path works and your card pays without trouble. If you want a clean local warranty and easy returns, check whether an authorized regional distributor (such as Singapore's, which also serves nearby markets) or a local marketplace like Lazada carries the model you want before buying from the US site.
