Where we checked
What you should know before buying from abroad
Tarte runs localized storefronts for many regions, shown in local currency. We confirmed direct shipping to Thailand (standard 7-9 days, express 3-5) and South Africa. Crucially, these international orders ship duty-and-tax-paid, so nothing extra is collected at your door, which is rare for US cosmetics.
The honest drawback: coverage is narrow for our list. The Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Panama and Argentina are not served from Tarte's storefronts at the time we checked. International shipping has also been paused intermittently, and Mexico was suspended over customs changes.
Payment depends on the door you enter. The main US site (tartecosmetics.com) explicitly refuses international credit cards, so a non-US card fails there. Switch to your local Tarte store via the country dropdown in the footer, and your local or international card works in local currency.
Quick answers
Does Tarte ship to my country?
Thailand and South Africa are served directly. The Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Panama and Argentina were not listed when we checked. Use the footer country dropdown to confirm.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. Tarte's international orders ship duty-and-tax-paid, so the price at checkout is final and nothing is collected on delivery.
Can I use my US card or my local card?
The US site only takes US-issued cards and PayPal. Your local Tarte store accepts local and international cards in local currency, so shop there from abroad.
