What you should know before buying from abroad
Sephora's US online store (sephora.com) sells only within the United States. At checkout it accepts US shipping addresses, plus APO/FPO military and US territory addresses. It does not deliver to Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, or South Africa. Your US credit card works fine, but there is no address abroad to ship it to.
The honest drawback: the only way to get US Sephora products overseas is a third-party package forwarder (MyUS, Reship, Stackry and similar). You buy to a US warehouse, then pay international forwarding plus your country's import duties and taxes. Sephora explicitly states it is not liable for loss or damage once a parcel reaches a forwarder, and will not issue replacements or refunds for those orders.
If you live in a country with its own Sephora (Thailand and the Philippines both have local sites, sephora.co.th and sephora.ph), those are separate regional operations with their own catalog, pricing and currency. They are not the US store, so US gift cards, US-exclusive products and US promotions do not carry over.
