Where we checked
What you should know before buying from abroad
Paula's Choice runs both a US store that ships internationally and dedicated local sites for several markets, including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. From the US site, checkout accepts US-issued and foreign credit cards, and your shipping address can sit in most countries we checked. Orders generally arrive within 3 to 10 working days after processing.
The honest drawback is cost and coverage. The US site does not ship to Vietnam or Indonesia, so expats there must use a local site if one exists or a mail-forwarding service. Everywhere else, shipping fees never include import duties, taxes or brokerage fees, which are entirely your responsibility on delivery and can add a meaningful amount to the order.
If a local Paula's Choice site covers your country, it is usually the cheaper, simpler route since it handles regional taxes and returns. Buying from the US site makes sense mainly for products not stocked locally. Either way, returns from abroad mean paying return shipping yourself, so order sizes you are confident about.
Quick answers
Does Paula's Choice ship to my country?
The US site ships to most countries we checked, but not Vietnam or Indonesia. Several markets, like Thailand and Malaysia, also have their own local sites.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Yes. On US-site orders you pay all duties, taxes and brokerage fees on delivery. Local sites usually fold local taxes into the price.
Can I use a non-US credit card?
Yes. Both the US store and local sites accept foreign-issued cards, and your billing address can be your address abroad.
