Prices show in local currency, and quoted totals are delivered duty paid (DDP) — all import duties and taxes are baked in, so there is nothing extra to pay the courier on arrival.
The honest gap is Latin America. There is no direct Michael Kors site or shipping for Argentina, Costa Rica or Panama.
