What you should know before signing up from abroad

Kajabi is a cloud platform, so signing up works the same from Bangkok or Manila as it does from Texas. There is no geo-block on the app, no VPN is needed to log in, and the free trial accepts both US and non-US credit cards for your monthly subscription. Your courses, sites and emails all run from Kajabi's servers, so your physical location does not affect access.

The honest drawback is on the money-in side. Kajabi Payments — the integrated processor that unlocks Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Afterpay at your checkout — is only available to businesses registered in the US, Canada, Australia, the UAE, the UK and select European countries. If your business sits in Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam or most of Latin America, you cannot turn on Kajabi Payments and must connect Stripe or PayPal instead.

In practice that means an American abroad can absolutely run Kajabi: pay for the plan with a US card, build everything, and collect student payments through Stripe or PayPal in a supported country (often a US Stripe account tied to your US bank). Just expect currency-conversion and international-card fees of roughly 1–1.5% on cross-border sales, and confirm your chosen processor supports your registered country before launch.
