FragranceX is a US discount fragrance retailer that ships to over 220 countries via USPS, and we confirmed checkout works from all nine locations we test without a US address. You pay in USD, and the storefront accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay and Afterpay, so both US and foreign-issued cards go through. Delivery to Southeast Asia typically runs around two to three weeks; shoppers in the Philippines report parcels landing in roughly 15 to 17 days.
The honest drawback is customs. FragranceX says most orders arrive duty-free, but it has no control over import duties and taxes your country may charge once the parcel lands, and those fees are entirely your responsibility. Perfume is alcohol-based, so some destinations restrict or surcharge it. International orders must also ship to the cardholder's own billing address, which rules out sending gifts to a friend abroad.
Returns are possible within 30 days of the ship date for a refund minus shipping, but FragranceX only provides prepaid return labels inside the US and UK. From Thailand, Vietnam or South Africa you cover the cost of mailing the bottle back yourself, which can erase the savings on a cheaper fragrance. For full-size bottles you genuinely want, the discount usually still beats local retail.
