Fashion Nova ships internationally from its Los Angeles warehouses, with a flat 'rest of world' option that reaches most of Asia, Latin America and Africa. Standard international transit is 13 to 16 business days, and shipping is free once your order passes USD 125. Checkout takes US and foreign cards plus PayPal, so payment is rarely the blocker we saw from any of our test countries.
The honest drawback is the back end of the order. You are the importer of record, so customs duties and local taxes are billed to you on arrival, not at checkout — budget for that on top of the listed price. Worse, international returns are not supported through the standard Returns Portal: there is no prepaid label, you cannot start a return online from outside the US, and you pay the return postage yourself. On cheap fast-fashion pieces, a return often costs more than the item.
Because of that, treat Fashion Nova abroad as buy-and-keep. Order a size up or down only if you are confident, since sending it back is impractical. A few remote destinations occasionally show limited or no direct shipping at checkout; in those cases a US package-forwarder is the usual workaround, but most of our nine test countries got a direct quote.
