e.l.f. Cosmetics sells direct from elfcosmetics.com and handles international orders through eShopWorld, the same partner many US brands use. The catch is reach: eShopWorld only delivers e.l.f. to a short list of markets — Canada, the UK, the EU, India, Poland, Spain and a handful more. None of the nine countries we check (Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, South Africa) are on that list. Enter one of their addresses at checkout and the order is blocked.
The honest drawback is that this isn't just a gap — it's a retreat. e.l.f. actively discontinued shipping to the Philippines (along with Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore and others) in 2024, so the trend is fewer destinations, not more. There is no US-account workaround: the block is on the delivery address, not your card or login. A US Visa pays fine, but the parcel still has nowhere to go.
The only route from these countries is a package-forwarding service like ColisExpat or Big Apple Buddy: you ship to their US warehouse, they re-export to you. That works, but it stacks forwarding fees plus the import duties your own country charges on cosmetics — costs e.l.f. would otherwise bundle into the price. For a budget makeup brand, those add-ons often erase the value, and returns become effectively impossible. If you must buy, treat it as a one-way purchase.
