What you should know before buying from abroad
Dossier sells designer-inspired fragrances at fair prices and ships from regional fulfillment centers in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and the EU. Its terms state it only accepts orders for delivery in countries where it actively sells, and that list does not include Southeast Asia, Latin America or South Africa. Trying to check out with a Thai, Philippine, Vietnamese or similar address simply fails.
The admitted drawback is straightforward: there is no workaround for an expat in these countries. Perfume is alcohol-based and classed as dangerous goods by air carriers, which is exactly why Dossier keeps fulfillment regional and avoids shipping fragrances into restricted markets. A VPN does nothing here because the block is at the shipping address, not your IP.
If you have a US, Canadian, UK, EU or Australian address you can forward from, payment is easy with any US or international card.
