DeleteMe (by Abine) finds your personal info on data brokers and people-search sites — Whitepages, Spokeo, BeenVerified and 750+ others — and files opt-out requests for you. Real privacy advisors do the removals, not just a script, and they re-scan every three months because brokers re-list data. None of that depends on where you physically are.
For a US citizen abroad, this matters because your exposure is on US sites, and the standard US plan is built to clear exactly those. The account is a normal web login — no geo-block, no VPN requirement — and you pay with any major credit card, US-issued or not.
The honest drawback is that the US plan covers US brokers only. DeleteMe does sell separate International plans, but only for a fixed list of countries (Australia, Canada, UK, Germany, France and a few others) — and most popular expat destinations aren't on it, so local-language people-search sites where you live won't be covered.
