What you should know before buying from abroad

Crocs does not ship internationally from its US website. Crocs.com delivers within the United States only, so ordering from crocs.com while living abroad and having it forwarded is the only US-site route, and that means duties, forwarding fees and no easy returns. Instead, Crocs runs separate official online stores per market. We found dedicated, working local stores for Thailand (crocs.co.th), the Philippines (crocs.com.ph), Vietnam (crocs.com.vn), Malaysia (crocs.com.my) and Indonesia (crocs.co.id), each shipping domestically with free-shipping thresholds.

The honest drawback: this is a region-by-region patchwork, not one global checkout. If you live in Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia or Indonesia you get a clean local experience: pay in local currency, use credit/debit cards, e-wallets like GCash or ZaloPay, cash on delivery, and return in-country with no customs surprises. Vietnam's store explicitly accepts international cards too. But if you're in Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina or South Africa, there is no official Crocs online store, so you're left with local resellers, marketplaces or a package forwarder.

Bottom line: for US expats in Southeast Asia, Crocs works well; you just shop on your country's Crocs site, not the US one. For the rest, treat it as not directly available and budget for forwarding or buy from a local retailer. Check that the store URL matches your country before paying.

Quick answers

Can I order from crocs.com (the US site) and ship it overseas?

No. The US Crocs.com ships within the United States only. You'd need a package forwarder, which adds fees, customs duties and makes returns difficult.

Which countries have an official Crocs online store?

Among the places we check, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia each have a dedicated local Crocs store that ships domestically. Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina and South Africa do not.

Will my US credit card work on a local Crocs site?

Often yes, but local sites are built around local payment: domestic cards, e-wallets and cash on delivery. Vietnam's store lists international cards; elsewhere a US card may or may not clear, so have a backup like an e-wallet or COD.
