What you should know before buying from abroad
Converse.com is the US storefront, and it ships to US addresses only. There is no international checkout: enter an address in Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam or anywhere on our list and the site will not complete the order. US-issued cards and PayPal work fine at checkout, so the wall is shipping, not payment.
The honest drawback is that to get a Converse.com order overseas you must route it through a US package forwarder. That adds a forwarding fee, then import duties and local VAT your courier collects on delivery, and it makes returns or warranty claims from abroad effectively impossible once the box leaves the forwarder.
The cleaner path is a regional Converse site. Thailand has converse.co.th with free local delivery, and Converse sells through Lazada and Zalora in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. These are separate stores with their own stock, pricing and currency, so a specific US-only colorway may simply not be available where you live.
