What you should know before buying from abroad
Coach.com is built for the US market. Its checkout only accepts billing and shipping addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada, and the separate Coach Outlet site ships only within the US. From Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina or South Africa, you cannot place a direct order that ships to your door.
The honest drawback: there is no real workaround on Coach's own site. To buy, you must sign up with a US package-forwarding service (MyUS, Stackry, Borderoo and similar), ship to their US warehouse, and pay them to reship to you. That adds forwarding fees, customs duties collected on arrival, and slower delivery — and returns become expensive because the parcel must travel back through the forwarder.
A few countries have their own regional Coach sites (for example a Thailand store) that work locally, but those are separate from Coach.com and stock and pricing differ. If you specifically want the US Coach.com catalog from abroad, treat it as a forward-only purchase rather than a normal online order.
