What you should know before signing up from abroad
Bodi (the rebranded Beachbody On Demand) is a US-centric service whose hard wall is at the cash register, not the stream. Beachbody officially sells digital subscriptions only to customers with a billing address in the US, Canada, UK or France — but the video streaming itself is not IP-geo-fenced the way Netflix licensing is. Once an account is active, members report watching workouts normally from Indonesia, Argentina, Costa Rica and beyond with no VPN, and workouts can be downloaded for offline use.
The admitted drawback is that there's no legitimate way to start or renew a subscription with a local (non-US/CA/UK/FR) card. If your US card expires and you only have a Thai or South African card, you can be locked out. Keep a working US-billed card (or a US-linked PayPal) on file before you move.
Physical goods are the other gap: Shakeology and other supplements ship only to the US (including Puerto Rico and APO/FPO) and Canada. Expats who want the supplements need a US freight-forwarder. The digital membership and the supplement supply chain are decoupled — the streaming follows you overseas even when the powder can't.
