Where we checked
What you should know before buying from abroad
Blue Nile ships directly to about 40 countries — mostly the US, Canada, Europe, plus Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. None of the nine countries we check from (Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, South Africa) appear on that list. At checkout you simply cannot enter a delivery address in these countries.
The honest drawback: to receive a Blue Nile ring abroad you must ship to a US address and use a package forwarder like MyUS or Stackry. That adds cost, forwards a high-value insured item, and complicates the warranty and returns — Blue Nile won't manage customs or duties on a reforwarded package, and international returns already require you to pay return shipping and any duties.
US cards work fine on the US site, and a US billing address plus a US ship-to (your forwarder) is the cleanest path. But for a fine-jewelry purchase at this price, forwarding is a real risk. If you need direct, insured delivery to your country, a jeweler that ships there natively is the safer choice.
Quick answers
Does Blue Nile ship to Thailand, the Philippines or Vietnam?
No. None of these are on Blue Nile's 40-country list; you'd need a US package forwarder.
Can I use my US credit card to order?
Yes. US Visa, Mastercard and Amex work, and a US billing address is fine for a forwarder.
What about duties and returns if I forward it?
You pay VAT and duty to the carrier on arrival, and any international return shipping yourself.
