What you should know before buying from abroad
Allbirds runs separate regional stores, and the US site at allbirds.com is built for delivery inside the United States. At checkout you must enter a US shipping address, and the terms state all purchases are intended for final delivery to US locations. None of the nine countries we checked appear as a direct shipping option.
The honest drawback: there is no way to ship a US order straight to Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina or South Africa. To buy from the US store you need a package forwarder (MyUS, Big Apple Buddy), which adds reshipping fees and import duties you pay on arrival, and complicates returns since the US warehouse only accepts US-side returns.
If you live in Southeast Asia, check whether a local Allbirds distributor serves you. The Primer Group carries Allbirds in the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore, and there is a Thailand presence. Buying locally means real warranty and easy returns, but the US store and its prices, sales and full size range will not ship to you directly.
